The driver couldn’t find the right cruise terminal. We waited 30 minutes and then took a cab to the airport. I would like a full refund. I gave the driver the name of the ship and the berth where we disembarked.I tried calling the driver and also What’s app him a message . He texted me well after we were already at the airport.
Our driver was professional; and completely understanding when the wrong cruise port was booked for our pick up. He indicated the other port was only five minutes away, and it not a problem at all to pick us up at our location. He understood that it was an easy mistake to make for a visitor. Such a pleasure to experience such flexibility in a car service. It was worth the extra price versus a cab service.
