Antonio was wonderful. He was a plethora of information and made our trip enjoyable. Our ship went into another port than the one originally stated and he came right to us. He gave us some recommendations on what to do, see and eat. His English was good.
Driver arrived on time to pick us up at the cruise terminal. He was very helpful and managed to fit all our numerous luggages into the van. During the ride, he gave us some useful tips and info on Lisbon
The driver went above and beyond to pick us up from our pickup point. It was very hard to reach us by car and he walked all the way up from where he was parked and helped us down carrying my bag. He was very friendly.
Easy and affordable way to get to the airport from central Lisbon. The driver was there early, so we were at the terminal in plenty of time.
Joau was very responsive and professional. he thought we were going to a different place but did a wonderful pivot yo take us to the cruise port without problems.

We recommend booking with Rail Ninja for travel from Porto to Lisbon. Rail Ninja have a user friendly website & provided excellent customer service. We made an error when booking this journey for March 2026 online & it was rectified efficiently by the company via email without delay. We booked this transfer from our cruise ship to the airport. It was very reasonably priced, and the operator was easy to communicate with regarding timing, size of vehicle, etc. Some roads were blocked the morning of our transfer, but our driver found us and made it as convenient as possible for us. He also told us how to navigate our way through the airport!
