Pour assurer un transfert fluide et confortable, veuillez fournir les informations suivantes au moment de la réservation : Numéro de vol Heure d'arrivée ou de départ Nom de l'hôtel ou adresse complète Contacter le numéro de téléphone avec WhatsApp Pour les ramassages à l'aéroport : Votre chauffeur attendra dans la zone des arrivées en tenant un panneau avec le nom du voyageur principal. Nous surveillons les vols en temps réel, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier des retards. Le temps d'attente gratuit est inclus en fonction de l'arrivée réelle de votre vol. Pour les transferts à l'hôtel : Votre chauffeur vous attendra à la réception de l'hôtel ou au point de prise en charge convenu au préalable. Nous recommandons de planifier la prise en charge au moins 3 heures avant vols internationaux et 2 heures avant vols intérieurs. Notre objectif est de fournir une expérience de transfert confortable, fiable et sans stress.
