Seng was phenomenal. Beautiful new van, careful driver. He greeted us with a clear sign. Highly recommend!!
Poor communications between dispatchers and drivers . Drivers were given the wrong time schedule twice. Made us wait an hour. Good thing those drivers were nice and the van was clean.
The same driver was assigned to transfer us from hotel to airport that drove us from airport to hotel. We were so delighted to see him. He is safe driver. Really professional with wet face and hand towels and cold water to drink He handled our luggage with care

Great service, the driver was already waiting with my name outside baggage claim, which was easy to identify. Service was very reliable. I recommend to use this to transfer to the airport.
I booked this airport transfer not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find the driver with my name waiting at the arrival terminal and when getting into the transport was like being in business class with a very comfortable reclining chair, bottle of water, and a good English speaking driver. I ended up booking again for my return trip to the airport which was just as good.

I have booked this services with my friend during my trip to Cambodia I was really excited when i first met driver with his charming and friendly face when he saw us at airport. More than excited us is he could speak Chinese which we could understand each other. I'd be back again and highly recommend Sarus service for my friends.
