After a long day of travel with flight delays causing missed connections, I was thankful we had scheduled a transfer. Although our flight was 3 hours late, through easy communication John was there to meet us. The ride was very comfortable and we even learned a few things about Lisbon on our ride.

Jon was excellent and very professional. He was early picking us up for a 3am flight. He made sure we knew exactly where to go in the airport. The car was very nice and clean.

0/10 This company is a scam and is misleading. They say your destination must be within 1 hour which mine was. When I landed I was being intimidated and told by the driver that I have to pay and extra €90. They refused to refund my money even though they never took me to my destination. I contacted viator and they said it is up to the company to refund even though they never completed the transfer. I felt very unsafe and I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would recommend pre-booking with uber or bolt. Much safer and more reliable.
Dear Madam, as explained to you, you booked a transfer from Lisbon airport to the city of Lisbon, but you wanted us to transport you to the city of Santarém, more than 70 km from Lisbon and with toll costs. We have this transfer published on Viator with a price of €140, so we informed you that if you wanted to go to Santarém instead of Lisbon, you would have to pay the price difference between the two transfers, which in this case is €90. You refused to pay and still wanted to go to Santarém, which we, obviously, refused! It's a good thing you didn't think you wanted to go to Madrid, or perhaps Paris... and pay the lowest price we have published, which is the transfer between the airport and the city of Lisbon for €50! The lady requested a refund from Viator, which they clearly and legitimately denied... Note that we have been doing this work for many years and always with the best references, your criticism makes absolutely no sense...
The driver was on time, friendly, helped us with our luggages. We had a great experience and we %100 recommend him to other travelers.

make sure you are in contact with the contractor night before thus you know he is on his way etc. make sure you give full details of time and place for pick up
Great communication. Met us in the airport at identified spot holding a sign of our name. Clean, roomy and upscale vehicle. Our flight was late but they still accommodated us.

Got picked up on time and communication was great! Booking was also easy and the driver (John) was informative as well.
Gaspar communicated with us in a timely manner when we arrived in Lisboa. He was waiting for us as we exited the airport (LIS). And he provided us with an abundance of bottled water as he expertly navigated the streets to our hotel on Avenida da Liberdade. We would definitely ride with Gaspar again.
