Point de départ : Après avoir récupéré vos bagages, le chauffeur vous attendra dans le hall des arrivées situé à l'extérieur de la zone client, tenant une feuille avec le nom du client. Directions : Si vous arrivez au Terminal 1, votre chauffeur se trouvera au bureau de poste. Si vous arrivez au Terminal 2, votre chauffeur vous attendra au point d'information Aena situé sous un parapluie vert. Si vous arrivez au Terminal 4, votre chauffeur vous attendra au salon des arrivées (Bar Bareto Madrid).

Pick up booked - confirmed - no pick up. After several calls and text I get a text back that confirmation was done due to a glitch in the system. Please take a cab!

We did not take this ride, our luggage was delayed and therefore the driver had to leave. We took a cab instead.

Everything was seamless, the driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside of the arrivals hall doors. He was polite and very accommodating of our luggage. Perfect sized vehicle to accommodate a family of 4.

After long flight it was nice to have someone waiting for you to transfer you to your stay. We were a party of 6 and the van accommodated all our luggage’s without any problems.

I would like to point out that for the arrival time of your flight the phone number at your reservation was available jet no call was received, it was aswell available the emergency number for out of office hours which is also shared with all authorized selling points, Sincerely,
Driver on time and made himself very easy to locate when arriving at airport. Nice clear big sign for communication. Friendly, helpful.
