Had a great experience with this company. They made sure that we knew where to find our driver after arriving at the train station. Our driver Mr. Wang was waiting for us at the exit, it was a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend if you need a ride from train station to Shanghai city.

Absolutely perfect experience being picked up at Shanghai Train Station. I was contacted immediately after making the reservation with a confirmation and instructions for smooth pickup. My driver was waiting for me as planned. The car was a new, very nice and clean electric car with water and charging cables. I would definitely do this over trying to negotiate the metro after a long train ride. Excellent experience.

Mr. Dong is a fantastic driver! He was on time and very helpful with our bags. The Mercedes was brand new and gorgeous inside with very comfortable seats. We would highly recommend using Mr. Dong and this service for any transfers around Shanghai. Excellent!

Basically, I had a Herculean task: arriving at the Shanghai train station at 2.30 but needing to make it to a place that’s 20 minutes away by 3.00pm. Claude first suggested I use Didi and after some pushing back from me, Viator came up and I entrusted (and burdened) them with this. I paid a premium for the service, yes, but the coordination from Viator to Alana (local tour operator) and Mr Chi (driver) was seamless and most importantly effective. I made it just in time with no minute wasted. Not possible without this level of coordination and dedication – looking up which exit I would be leaving the station from based on my carriage number for example. So, would recommend if you have any special requirement like mine. I’m not paid or offered anything to write this and I’ve never written one before either. Oat

Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station is huge so it is very convenient and less hassle to book a private transfer to your hotel. The driver was prompt and helpful. The vehicle was very comfortable. Coordination with Alana was flawless from booking to our arrival in Shanghai.
