They were there waiting for us with our name when we stepped out of baggage claim area Very professional and efficiently got us to our hotel
Had to wait 40 mins for driver to show up, boat trip was short, nothing special. Mini bus had problems (rear door wouldn't stay shut)
The team for our land and water taxi were great. We had a change to both our arrival time and pick up locations and they accommodated us without issues. We will definitely use this service again!

I booked a transfer from Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Rialto that included both a van and a boat, and it was absolutely worth it. As soon as I arrived, the driver was waiting for me at the airport, helped with my luggage, and drove me in a clean, comfortable van to the boat dock. From there, the private boat took me through Venice’s beautiful canals straight to the hotel. Everything was well-organized, on time, and completely stress-free. It was not only convenient but also a fantastic way to arrive in Venice. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone visiting the city.

We went from Trieste to Venice and it was honestly so easy. The driver was right on time, super nice, and the car was comfy. He dropped us off right where we needed to be, and from there it was just a quick walk to Hotel Bellini. No stress, no confusion — just smooth from start to finish.
