The ride was on time and...

The ride was on time and took us directly to the hotel. He loaded our luggage from the airport and at the hotel. He a small issue of patience due to our delayed immigration process at the airport. But quickly did a great job once we got to the van.

Quick and easy transfer to BA city from AEP

Quick and easy transfer from AEP airport. Received WhatsApp message before landing to advise of the process. Upon landing was contracted to let me know who my driver would be. Driver then sent message with a picture of their car. Once bags were collected I headed out the front of the airport and located the car, for a quick drive into the city. Not sure how the price compares to using the QR code at the airport but it was nice to know everything was pre-arranged.

Efficient service

They had sent a photo of the meet up location, the car plate and picture of the driver too. Took a few minutes for information to get to me after advising them of my arrival, but everything went well

Disappointed with Viator and vendor - Car Too Small and No refund - Buenos Aires Airport Pickup

I'm very disappointed with Viator and their vendor. I reserved the car service for transportation from AEP to Buenos Aires Hotel. I requested the service car for three adults, three full size suitcases and two carry ons. I made a note in the reservation about the request. I tried reaching out to the vendor (three times) and Viator support (1 time) to make sure that I needed a larger vehicle for transportation. No response at all. We were greeted by the driver at the airport arrivals. He escorted us outside to the car. My biggest fear came true. He tried to fit the luggage into an old, beatup Fiat that was dirty and damaged. See picture. The Ubers and taxi drivers were laughing at him. Finally, he realized it was impossible to fit us and the luggage in the car. We waited 20 minutes as he tried to contact someone for a larger vehicle. No luck. I had to hire a taxi (larger vehicle) to take us to the hotel. I tried reaching out to Viator (3 times). They refused to give me a refund. Very disappointed.

Reliable transportation

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight had been delayed 13.5 hours. I was very grateful to see him

Got us were we wanted to go, but vehicle not as advertised

First the good things. There was good communication with driver/company, so even though plane was an hour late, they were there to hreet us. Had a big sign, and got us to the hotel. We only spoke English and driver only spoke Spanish, so some language barrier, but no issues for getting us where we wanted to go. The bad part is we had a bunch of luggage since we were going on an extended cruise. We spent more money hiring a larger vehicle for four, but instead vehicle was a four door sedan. Driver was able to fit in all luggage utilizing trunk, front seat, and putting one medium suitcase in back seat along with two carry ons. Bottom line, everything fit, but did not arrive in vehicle we paid more for, so taking two star off. I would still recommend company, as they did get us from airport to hotel.
