Prendre en charge les intrusions depuis l'aéroport : « Après avoir passé l'immigration et les douanes, procédez à la récupération de vos bagages et dirigez-vous vers la sortie. À la sortie de la zone des douanes et de l'immigration, vous aurez la possibilité d'emporter vos bagages enregistrés avec vous ou de les faire transférer au terminal principal pour la prise en charge. Veuillez noter que vous ne devez PAS transférer vos bagages dans un autre terminal, procéder à la récupération de vos bagages au terminal où votre vol atterrit, car votre chauffeur vous y attendra. Note : Pensez à télécharger WhatsApp sur votre téléphone et contactez POLITTAN pour obtenir le numéro de téléphone du pilote qui vous a été assigné. Ne quittez pas le bâtiment sans avoir préalablement contacté le conducteur. Terminal A : Récupérez vos bagages au niveau 2 où votre chauffeur vous attendra avec un panneau avec votre nom dessus. Terminal B : Récupérez vos bagages au niveau 2 où votre chauffeur vous attendra avec un panneau avec votre nom dessus. Terminal C : Prenez vos bagages au niveau 6, passez la barrière, allez tout droit et cherchez la zone "Meet & Greet" où le chauffeur vous attendra."

Very reliable. Our plane was rerouted Supposed to be a two hour flight.. We ended up sitting on the plane for seven hours. Ryan helped us reschedule. Picked us up when we arranged. Very courteous. Safe driver.

Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …
