Notre chauffeur tient un panneau avec le nom du passager près des portes d'arrivée. Nous suivons le vol et modifions l'heure de prise en charge en fonction de l'heure réelle d'atterrissage du vol. Ceci afin que le chauffeur soit dans le hall des arrivées au moment opportun. Depuis l'aéroport de Delhi : notre chauffeur tiendra un panneau d'identification près des portes d'arrivée. Depuis les hôtels de Delhi / Gurugram : notre chauffeur sera prêt sous le porche principal de l'hôtel à l'heure de prise en charge demandée.

It was a wonderful experience working with Max. He was always available to answer your queries and prompt in responding. Bobby the driver picked us up at the airport on time and waited patiently since we got delayed a bit at the immigration. The car was clean and comfortable and the ride was smooth to Agra. I would highly recommend Max.

The transfer was reliable, and communication was good. Everything worked really well, and the car was large and comfortable. We booked the Private transfer Delhi to Agra, which is a 3-4h ride. One note is that the driver will do a ~30mins break to eat and drink at a gas station, which is perfectly fine, but wasn't communicated to us beforehand. Overall, we're very happy.
As soon as I booked, the host contacted me and confirmed pick up Time and location. He was very professional about the whole process. The driver was at the airport with a sign with my name. He helped me with my luggage. The host checked in with my to ensure all is well and if I needed anything. The car was clean and the AC worked wonderfully. I even asked to turn it down at one point as it was very cool in the car.
A great way to get to Agra from Delhi. Lovely driver and very well organised trip, our driver was great, dropped us door to door would recommend !
Thank you for driving so long. The car was cool and comfortable. It was a great help to have a break in what looks like a service area. The driver's driving was not rough and didn't sway, so I was able to ride comfortably.
