Great experience. Driver waited for us with our name on a sign. Waited for us to clear customs. Didn't know if we should tip or not. Not sure about customs on tipping.
Fan was our driver. He was very professional, on time, accommodating, and extremely welcoming upon our arrival in Tokyo. Highly recommend using it for car service.

I booked this well in advance and paid for it. They never arrived to pick me up at the airport and when I called the number on the voucher I was told to call a different number, I tried that number with no success. I also tried to contact them thru the provided message option. I did not receive a response on that one and in the end after trying to get someone to help me for 2 hours I ended up having to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel. What I paid for the taxi was less than what I paid for this with Tripadvisor and this group. So to sum up I paid for the service and never received it.
Found our driver fast with my name. Very nice friendly but quiet gentleman which is perfect because am quiet and very tired. Thanks it was a calm and relaxing ride.
