Un de nos chauffeurs anglophones viendra vous chercher à Rome pour vous emmener à Sorrente en faisant un arrêt d'environ 2h pour visiter les ruines uniques de Pompéi en cours de route. Vous laisserez les bagages dans le véhicule afin d'éviter de stocker les bagages dans les ruines et enfin le stress de devoir perdre du temps pour visiter Pompéi depuis Positano. Itinéraire
Le chauffeur viendra vous chercher au centre de Rome ou à l'aéroport et commencera le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel de Sorrente. Le trajet dure environ 3 heures et demie et cette fois, nous devons ajouter environ 2 heures aux fouilles de Pompéi. Vous avez la possibilité de visiter les ruines romaines les mieux conservées, d'admirer le forum, les bains romains, le théâtre, l'amphithéâtre, etc. Vous laisserez les bagages dans le véhicule et après ou avant la visite, vous aurez également le temps de manger quelque chose, puis continuer vers l'hébergement à Sorrente.

Pour la prise en charge à l'hôtel, le chauffeur vous attendra dans le hall de l'hôtel ou le plus près possible. Pour la prise en charge à l'aéroport, le chauffeur vous attendra à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité de l'aéroport avec une pancarte à votre nom.

Nando our driver was excellent, happily waiting for us after our train was delayed! Nando was an excellent driver and very friendly. Our guide Olivia in Pompeii was also excellent, very knowledgeable, very friendly and engaging. We loved our day with Sorrento Silver Star Tours. Excellent company to deal with. Gennaro picked us up from from the Naples train station - he was so helpful and kept in communication with us even when our train was late. He brought us to Pompeii for our private tour and picked us up when it was over. He lent us umbrellas for the rain when we didn’t have any and was always so punctual, making sure we did not have to wait. He then drove us to our hotel in Sorrento. The entire drive he was so friendly, talking to us about the cities, local restaurants, and local spots. He was very knowledgeable and a treat to spend the rest of the afternoon with. We highly recommend hiring Gennaro for any driving services :)
Lorenzo was our private driver from Rome to Sorrento. He was awesome. Very pleasant. gave us great information if we needed anything. We had a cell phone number. He also drove us back to Rome to fly home. Would highly recommend this company ask for Lorenzo. He’s the best.!!
I knew my family would do better with private transfers, especially after a long flight. I told Luisa the transfers I was interested in and she made it all so easy! Our great driver, Nando, met us right outside of baggage claim at the Rome airport and took us to lunch at a restaurant in Naples, then to our hotel in Sorrento. A few days later we went to Pompeii and were thrilled to see Nando was our driver again! He helped us meet up with our private guide in Pompeii, also arranged by Luisa. After our time in Pompeii he took us to a nearby winery and we had a wonderful tour, tasting, and lunch, then back to our hotel in Sorrento. My husband was shocked at how seamless all of this was, thanks to Luisa and Nando. Highly, highly recommend Sorrento Silverstar!
Our drivers Mauro and Nando were excellent. They were on time for our pick up at FCO. They handled our bags for us and were patient while our gang of kids all had to use the restrooms. We had more bags than they anticipated but they took it all in stride. We were a party of 11 and the two newer models Mercedes minivans were comfortable enough to all the kids to sleep on the 3 hour plus drive to Sorrento. High quality ride and I would recommend to anyone making the trip from Rome to Sorrento
We used Silver Star to take us from Sorrento to Rome. Our driver Roberto was extremely professional and very helpful. He took us on the scenic route from sorrento as we had not driven that way before. It was a 3.5-4 hour trip to Rome and we felt safe and in great company with Roberto. Highly recommended.
Amazing service by Luisa! Our driver Mauro was waiting for me and the family with a sign where he took us to Pompeii first with a guided tour arranged by Luisa. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about this amazing place. Mauro then took us to our airbnb in Sorrento. Highly recommend this company! We needed a private driver to take us from our hotel in Sorrento to Herculaneum and then Naples train station. Paolo, our driver was amazing!!! Timely, professional and enjoyed his conversations about each town, area and stop for best gelato in Italy!
