Overall, a good...
Overall, a good experience. We booked last minute and communication with the company was excellent. The only unmet expectation was that we were told the driver would meet us in the hotel lobby, which he did not, and we expected a slightly larger vehicle due to our luggage -- but it all worked out.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that overall you had a good experience and that our team was able to assist you efficiently with your last-minute booking. Clear and timely communication is something we prioritize, so it’s wonderful to know that was reflected in your experience. We do regret that your driver did not meet you in the hotel lobby as expected, and that the vehicle provided did not fully match your expectations in terms of space. We sincerely apologize for these oversights and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Your comments help us improve our service and ensure we’re more attentive to the specific needs of our guests in the future. We’re glad everything ultimately worked out, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you even better next time.
