Great experience! I used the service for transport to and from Naples airport to Sorrento. In both directions, the driver was professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived on time in a perfectly clean vehicle. I would absolutely recommend!

While planning this trip with my teenage son, I wanted to reduce some of the variables. I thought about renting a car, or taking a bus or a train. I didn’t want to find parking, and wasn’t sure how to deal with the narrow roads and didn’t want the anxiety so a family member recommending this transport company. It was nice to have pick up arranged in advance from our hotel at a specific time. I was communicating with the driver via WhatsApp. I didn’t have to worry about the route or traffic. The driver Vincenzo spoke English and was very interesting and amiable. We had our suitcases. We had a two hour guided tour of Pompeii on our way from Naples to Sorrento, a guide which the company arranged and she was amazing. Vincenzo kept our suitcases during that time. Then we kept going to Sorrento, which is like a 45 minute trip. A few days later, we arranged for the return trip, Sorrento to Naples train station that all went very smoothly as well. The vehicle was a large Mercedes van very comfortable. I would definitely use this company again if I return to the region.

Booked through Connectotransfers and Lorenzo was professional and very helpful. He checked the traffic ahead of schedule and, upon seeing that there would be a higher level of traffic due to train cancellations, he arranged to pick us up earlier to ensure we got the airport on time. The trip cost 110€ which we found amazing for the quality of service and car. Additionally, the taxi we got from the airport to Sorrento was 170€ so we couldn’t fault it from any aspect.

Fabio was professional, friendly and a very good driver. He drove in the early morning us from Sorrento to the Napoli Centrale.

The cars were very clean. The drivers were excellent, kind and patient. If youre gping to and from Naples/Sorrento, this is the way to do it.

Vincenzo was absolutely amazing, he was waiting for us with a sign for our bags and made arriving in naples as easy and stress free as possible. He spoke perfect english and told us some amazing tips when traveling. We felt safe, relaxed, and immediately enjoyed our vacation when we arrived we will be using them again!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about our private transfer from Naples to Sorrento by way of Pompeii! We were picked up by our driver, Ferdinando, at the Naples train terminal. Ferdinando helped us with our bags and we set out. We opted for a 2-hour Pompeii tour (with another vendor). Ferdinando dropped us off & kept our luggage while we went on our tour. He picked us up and we stopped at Pasticceria Gabbiano (a well known spot) before leaving Pompeii and had some crema coffee & gelato! We headed towards Sorrento & stopped at Limoncello di Capri and tried some samples of limoncello - which were incredible! We were also able to get pictures of the beautiful view! We were dropped off at our hotel & he helped us with our bags once again! The drive was very smooth, no issues at all! We were able to turn the AC on a bit cooler (we’re Americans haha) & the music was great! Overall, a great experience! I cannot imagine having to navigate Naples to Sorrento on our own, especially with all of our luggage!
