ARRIVÉE À L'AÉROPORT : Notre chauffeur, vous attendra au terminal des arrivées avec votre nom sur une pancarte immédiatement après la sortie de la zone de récupération des bagages, vous attendra au maximum 1 heure à compter de l'arrivée effective du vol si vous n'avez pas été prévenu de votre retard, c'est pourquoi il est extrêmement important d'appeler ou d'envoyer un SMS à votre chauffeur (vous pouvez demander le numéro la veille du transfert) pour lui faire savoir que vous avez atterri. ARRIVEE A LA GARE : Notre chauffeur vous attendra au quai 24 à l'intérieur de la gare, avec votre nom sur un panneau. ARRIVÉE AU PORT : Notre chauffeur vous attendra au terminal d'arrivée avec votre nom sur une pancarte, immédiatement après avoir quitté la sortie passagers

Alessandro was punctual, welcoming, and super friendly! He told us some history about Naples to Sorrento. He even offered to stop at the limoncello di capri factory since they sell the best in Sorrento! I would use this company again.

Communication with the tour operators was excellent. Our pickup times changed multiple times due to a train strike, which was stressful, but the operators remained flexible throughout. When we finally arrived at Naples Central Station, Marco was there to greet us with our name on a placard. He's incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and clearly passionate about Naples. Overall, it was a great experience!
Outstanding transport from Naples International Airport to Sorrento. Driver was at arrivals waiting with a placard. We kept in contact through text. The transport company was very responsive and communicative. Very pleasant drive in a luxury automobile to my destination. My driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area, and we had a great conversation on the drive to Sorrento.

Such a fantastic experience! Driver was on time, friendly and even made an extra stop for us to take some pictures during our drive from Naples to Sorrento. I speak limited Italian and he was so excited to let me practice on him during the drive.
