Easy pick-up from the airport. They also got us set up with a local tour guide for a 2-hr stop in Pompeii. Seamless drop-off right at the front entrance and the tour guide herself was incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend booking this if you are traveling from Naples down to Positano.

This company was incredible! I was hesitant bc of cost versus booking a bus or other options but decided it was worth it to save time. In addition to door to door service, helping discuss logistics with our Airbnb hosts, our driver gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us make reservations. I used them twice more during my trip!

Our flight got delayed and they were able to accommodate with us and pick us up later when our plane arrived. We arranged the Pompeii tour through them and had a great time! After we had a lunch at a beautiful winery before going to Positano. 10/10 recommend.

We booked this service from Naples to Positano. The photo indicated that it would be a large vehicle, and the description does not mention a luggage limit. However, after we arrived in Naples, we were told that we had to pay more in cash for a bigger vehicle to accommodate our luggage. We felt like we had no choice because we had already paid online for the service and we needed to get to Positano. I don’t think that this was right to add to the price in this manner. It was not worth what we ended up paying.
Dear Ms Julie, I was very surprised to learn from your review that you had to pay extra for your suitcases. Our company policy is to NEVER ask our customers for extra money without prior notice. There are situations in which we are forced to ask our customers for supplements, but only in cases where there has been an inadvertent mistake in the booking, for exsample when a customer books a daytime service and then needs the car at three in the morning, or booked a car for two passengers and has 4/6 suitcases etc. But in any case, we always communicate to the customer before his arrival or his service is due, the additional cost for a larger vehicle or an early departure, also because if we don't know at least one day before we couldn't show up with a larger vehicle. In any case, with the name Julie alone and without a specific date I cannot find any match in our database. Please kindly provide me with your full name and the date of service, even in private to our email info@chauffeurpositano.com so that I can investigate whether it is an error on the part of the driver or perhaps you confused us with another company you used around the same time. The entire experience was a breeze from pickup at the train station to our drop off in Positano. Our driver was personable with our kids and pointed out key sites along the way. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

This is the best taxi service ever! They communicated all detail, were at the pickup point on time, helped with baggage and the driver was wonderful with giving information about the city and life in Naples/ Positano! I 100% recommend using this taxi service for transport.
