This was perfect. Very smoothly run. We were picked up from the train station and delivered to Pompeii where we were escorted to our Pompeii tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned so much about Pompeii and its culture. We were then led back to our van and back to Naples. Perfect.
Lorenzo our driver, was fantastic!! Very informative and funny and a very safe driver. Would definitely recommend using Lorenzo again in the future.
It was seamless and easy made traveling with an inexperienced traveler a breeze- made this part of the journey a pleasure
Lorenzo was fantastic! He was very easy to work with and made travel for my wife and I very easy and enjoyable. He was great at navigating the tight, hectic roads of the Amalfi Coast. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas we drove past. Top class experience.

Very helpful, we were picked up by Carmine who was very kind and offered to let us change out time should we needed it and offered to drop us to our hotel which wasn’t included on the hotel list
The ride to Pompeii was wonderful, but then we were left waiting at the taxi stop for over 20 minutes. We are traveling with elderly family members, so that ended the day on a sour note. Had they given us a correct updated time of arrival, we would have been able to wait somewhere cooler. Then the driver complained to us about not receiving a tip.

Regarding the driver , we had a cooling problem with the vehicle's engine , so after notifying the delay to the guide who stayed with you until his return , he went to the nearest car assistence available to solve the problem immediately , to ensure your return ride was going to be with out any issue . Despite the fast intervention to ensure your safe return . Despite your confirmed experience that was up to our standards , and despite the kindness of the driver, it seems that it was not enough to make you understand that these things can happen and that your inappropriate attempts to recover the money of the service has not worked, we are aware of your consideration. On the trip back from Pompeii to Naples, we rode with Andrea who was very entertaining. He takes about his most famous client.

Our tour guide was so knowledgeable considering he was an actual archaeologist. I highly recommend this tour. It’s small - 3 families. You learn so much. Such an amazing experience! So wonderful!!!! Don’t miss this on your Italy visit.
