We had an amazing experience with Aloha Jamaica Tours, and especially with our driver, Rayon! We used the company for roundtrip airport transfers from Montego Bay Airport to our hotel in Negril, and from the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The van was clean and comfortable, cold water was provided for everyone, and Rayon was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout our trip. He went above and beyond to make our vacation special. Along the way, he took us to a great local spot to buy affordable sand toys for our kids and stopped at the Negril sign so we could take some fun family photos. We also booked a trip to Mayfield Falls with him, which ended up taking much longer than expected because of the road conditions, but Rayon remained patient, positive, and accommodating the entire time. On the drive back, he surprised us with the best mangoes we’ve ever tasted and even made a stop at Rick’s Cafe, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. Our family of 6 truly had a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to use Aloha Jamaica Tours again in the future. We’ll absolutely be recommending Rayon and his company to anyone traveling to Jamaica!

Great experience. Rayon showed up early and waited for us as we were slightly delayed. He was very friendly and gave us a nice tour experience during our transfer to Negril by telling us information of each area we drove through. We felt very safe and enjoyed every minute of the drive. He also played light local music which created a chill vibe. Highly recommend and we will repeat for sure.

The driver was nice, friendly, drove safely, and was informative. However, the package states we would stop for 15 minutes for food or pictures, be given water and WiFi. None of that happened or was offered.

Rayon was the best! I highly recommend asking for him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell he's proud of his culture and thankful for every visitor. This is hands down the BEST option for you to start and end your vacation in Jamaica!! Ryan, our driver, is such a personable and respectful person. He pays attention to detail and is very welcoming and friendly! My family (wife and 3 kids) absolutely loved having Ryan escort us from Montego Bay to Negril. First of all, we arrived late due to travel delays at multiple airports and Ryan was still there waiting for us at the transport area with our Family Sign in his hand... I was SOOO relieve that he was so patient for our arrival (about two hours later than scheduled) and did not take other groups in our spot!!! His warm welcoming smile and offer of cold beverages for the entire family was just what we needed after a long day of frustrating travel to get to that point!!! On our ride to the resort in Negril, Ryan was very informative and helpful giving us the local history in the area and gave us helpful tips on things we should think about doing, visiting, etc. The best part was that he made my 3 kids feel safe and welcome on their first trip to Jamaica and abroad in general!!!! His attention to our needs and driving safely in a clean and spacious vehicle was above and beyond what I was expecting. Honestly, this was a 10 star experience out of 5!
