After arriving to LAS well after midnight when our bodies thought it was almost 4 with no sleep, we couldn't have asked for a better driver than Mike to greet us with great personality and upbeat attitude at baggage claim. He re-energized us with a fun conversation while we waited for our luggage and was a positive person even though driving us meant having to gamble with F1 Grand Prix traffic to get us to the center of the strip. Luckily, we won out in that gamble (probably because of the late arrival of our flight) and Mike got us to our hotel quickly, safely, and with a smile. Thanks so much, Mike, for all your great local tips Ns for starting our vacation out on the right foot! We would definitely book with Bell Transportation again!

Wonderful experience! My driver was waiting for me at the designated arrival area and was very easy to find. He was very polite and friendly and handled my luggage with care. He was always very informative about local happenings. I will definitely use this group again!

The limo service to and from our hotel/airport was great. Courtney was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed almost 2 hours. He was great. On our way back to the airport, George was early and very friendly.

After a long travel day, it was so comforting to see Jorge, our driver, waiting for us. From the first moment we met Jorge until the moment he dropped us off at our hotel, the entire trip was relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely us this service the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Would give this company a -10 review if I could. There was an issue with the pickup location, which would’ve been fixable had there been any customer service available—but there wasn’t because it was a shift change. So we ended up taking an Uber (we just decided to forget about the $100 I spent on the limo). The next day, I contacted the company and asked them to call me. I was told they’d call me back at a later time and never did.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Very professional and top notch. The best part about the experience was our driver Tim. I can not say enough about Him. He was so helpful and sweet. He has a great sense of humor and just an all around really nice guy. He allowed us to make a stop to get some stuff to start our trip off right and that we did! We had an awesome start to our trip due to the professional and courteous service received. In the future will book again.

There was excellent communication with the driver and a prompt airport pickup for car service to my Las Vegas hotel.
