Alex picked us up from the Florence train. He was so sweet! Showed us to the rest room and watched our bags, then escorted us to the Mercedes van. Dropped us off at our Sorrento hotel. Very professional and kind! Thank you!

Carmine was fantastic. He met us inside the train station, walked us to his nice Mercedes van, and drove us to our apartment rental in Sorrento. Great chat and even offered to pull over for pictures.

NIc picked us up from the Naples train station and met us inside which reduced the stress of navigating the station with luggage. He helped us with our bags and was so genuinely kind. He expertly transferred us to Massa Lubrense and gave us tips on places to get the best gelato and pizza at our next destination (Napoli). A 10/10 experience that removed the worry for our group

Nik was in touch with us right after we booked and eased any fear we had booking through Viator. He was right on time and met us right outside our platform. The trip from Naples to Sorrento flew, he drove very professionally through some of the most scenic views we have ever seen. We highly recommend Nik and his car service in his spacious MB vehicle! We were picked up inside the train terminal near the platform where we arrived. Luca was our driver, he immediately took all of our heavy baggage and let us out to a Mercedes Van, it was newer and very clean. Luca explained how long it would take to get to our hotel in Sorrento and he was a very smooth driver. He briefly stopped on the side of the road for us to take the photographs of the coast, and he explained each landmark as we drove past it. When we arrived at our hotel, he once again helped us with all of our baggage. It was a great trip and we plan to use the same company on our return to Naples later this week.

Nik, the driver was very communicative and friendly. He promptly met us at the Naples train station and was personable along the drive to Sorrento. He gave us some great recommendations on where to eat as well. We wish he were our driver all of the time!
