Pour les transferts à l'hôtel : La prise en charge est disponible dans tous les hôtels et riads du centre de Marrakech. Si votre logement se trouve dans la Médina (vieille ville) où les véhicules ne peuvent pas entrer, nous fixerons le point de rendez-vous accessible le plus proche. Veuillez fournir votre numéro de vol et l'heure d'arrivée/départ lors de la réservation afin que nous puissions suivre votre vol et ajuster la prise en charge si nécessaire.

The airport pick up went well. Unfortunately, the return from the hotel to airport the driver was 30 minutes late, leaving me very nervous that we could have issues making our flight.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that your airport pickup went well. We would like to clarify that the return transfer time was changed at the last minute. Unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation of this change in advance. Despite this, we adjusted our schedule and arrived approximately 15 minutes later than the newly requested time, not 30 minutes. We apologize for any stress caused and always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Abdo was truly amazing from start to finish of our 5 day trip in Marrakech! He took us around to all the sites in a timely manner, and was always at the other end of the phone when we needed him! Would 100% recommend him and next time I am back in Marrakech I will be contacting him! Thanks for looking after us :)

Excellent service. The driver was waiting for us outside the airport with paper with your name on it. So very easy. And friendly young man....during our stay in Marakesh more often had contact with Abdo via WhatsApp or by phone and always good advice and fast taxi when needed.
Abdul was the best! A few friends flew in a different time and he was able to pick up both groups from the airport. Very helpful, friendly. Definitely book him.
