Jet Black experience was fantastic! Soon after I booked my ride from JFK to midtown NYC I received email and text communications. Upon arrival my driver texted me and we were met at curbside. No need to travel on the airtrain to ride share pickup. The ride into town was smooth and the driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The driver arrived promptly once we let him know we were ready. He was helpful with our luggage and very courteous throughout the ride. He used Waze to check traffic and find the fastest route. I’ll be using this service every time I need car transportation. Highly recommended and the most convenient car service I've used.

Avoid this scam! We have booked a ride to get to the airport with our 4,5 months old baby days in advance because we wanted to make sure we have a safe ride. We got an official confirmation. Hours before the trip, the company canceled on us citing high demand. We never got our money back (USD 180) and the company is ghosting us. This company is fraud!

We want to clarify that JetBlack Transportation never cancels a confirmed ride unless there is an unavoidable emergency in the city or at the airport, or if local laws and regulations prevent us from safely entering the pickup location. Regarding your payment, we have issued a full refund for your trip. Unfortunately, some of the instructions requested could not be followed due to local regulations, which impacted our ability to provide the service as initially planned. We take all feedback seriously and regret that this situation caused frustration. Our goal is always to provide safe, reliable, and professional service to every client.

JetBlack left us stranded and weeks later they STILL haven’t refunded us our money. I booked transportation from this company (JetBlack) in advance to pick up my family and me from JFK and to take us to outlet hotel in midtown. When we landed, the driver texted me to say he was ready to pick us up when we had our luggage. When we got our luggage, I texted and got no response. I called him and he informed me he wasn’t coming and that I had to contact the company. When I demanded a reason why he wasn’t going to pick us up, his response was “they don’t pay me enough.” I had to call the company multiple times to arrange another ride. They finally told me that it’d be at least 30 minutes before another driver could get to JFK. I told them to cancel my reservation and they agreed. We ended up taking a taxi for less than the company had charged my credit card. Even more frustrating is the fact that since then, I’ve received no refund from them even though I’ve contacted them three times including via the manner they posted on Google Reviews. That too is telling; JetBlack publicly responded to my negative review on Google but still has done nothing to refund me what I I am owed.

Service was on time. Good communication with whatsapp with customer service team. One of the drivers honked the horn a bit excessive.
