Prise en charge à l’arrivée : Le conducteur tiendra un panneau indiquant votre nom à la « ceinture de sortie du hall d’arrivée » (courroie de sortie de la porte vitrée) la plus proche de la ceinture de bagages désignée pour votre vol. Nous suivrons l'heure d'atterrissage réelle de votre vol et attendrons jusqu'à 75 minutes à partir de l'heure d'atterrissage. Toutefois, si vous souhaitez demander une heure de prise en charge spéciale ou explorer l'aéroport intérieur, veuillez nous en informer à l'avance avant votre date d'arrivée. Départ : Prise en charge de tous les clients avant l'heure d'arrivée du vol ou 4 heures avant l'heure de départ à l'aéroport.

- Un supplément de 10 SGD sera facturé pour chaque arrêt supplémentaire de dépose ou de prise en charge, à régler en espèces directement au chauffeur
- Si vous êtes injoignable après le temps d'attente, il sera considéré comme un 'no show'. Le chauffeur partira, et aucun remboursement ne sera émis.
