Easy, and reliable. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. He took over our luggage cart, and whisked us away to Monte Carlo to our hotel! I definitely recommend using this service!

Driver was waiting for us after collecting our bags and took us straight to a nice, spacious Mercedes Benz van for the two of us. Took us promptly to our hotel after a brief detour when he made a wrong turn but quickly got us back on track. Very courteous driver. Would recommend this service to anyone needing a ride to Monte Carlo from Nine airport.
Driver was waiting at arrivals with name and was very efficient, drive to Monaco was good, smooth and made it is good time.
Driver spoke no English, or being French, refused to speak English. We were supposed to be picked up in a Mercedes (we paid for it) but were picked up in a Toyota Corrola that did not have enough room for our 4 bags and 2 briefcases, that had to be in our laps. Driver did not know how to get to our hotel, so he dropped us off and pointed down a street that our hotel was 'that way'...no English at all! We were a half mile from the hotel with 6 bags! We paid for limo service and got 4th rate...what? I can't even say bad Uber, because Uber & Lyft have nearly always been perfect.
Hello, We regret you are not satisfied with the service provided. But anywhere in the service description it is not specified the transfer is provided by Mercedes. The price paid is a standard rate for private transfer from Nice to Monaco. The transfer was booked for 2 people. The service description contains the information that “Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. bikes, etc.) may have certain restrictions, please contact the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.” Nobody contacted us regarding the excessive luggage. You were picked up by Toyota Corolla, it’s a new vehicle that is more spacious and takes more luggage (it accepts up to 4 big suitcases). The driver could not drop you off directly to the hotel as during the Formula I Grand Prix days the majority of ways are blocked in Monaco that’s why there is no access to the hotel, unfortunately. Also, during booking, it was not specified you need obligatory an English-speaking driver so we provided the available one that speaks French and Spanish. We are sorry the service provided didn't meet your expectations Best regards
