Pour les ramassages depuis les aéroports JFK et EWR, une mémoire tampon de 60 minutes est appliquée à votre horaire de ramassage prévu pour permettre une expérience fluide. Ce sont des aéroports très fréquentés, et le tampon vous assure d'avoir suffisamment de temps pour passer l'immigration et récupérer vos bagages. Veuillez noter : Ce service ne comprend pas de panneau d'accueil. Cependant, notre chauffeur vous contactera activement et vous fournira des conseils dédiés pour assurer une prise en charge en douceur. Notre chauffeur vous attendra dans la zone de ramassage respective. This was by far the worst service and experience I have ever had. I booked this in advance of my trip and communicated days prior to my arrival on my flight details. I arrived and was in the departure lounge 15 mins earlier as I have Global Entry so go through immigration quickly. I Whatsapp and communicated where we were and requested an update on the driver and was requested to send a photo of where we were with a photo of our luggage. I tried calling as their was a bit of non-response to my messages to be told that they will only answer messages. I then ended up liaising with 3 different people with numbers from Singapore and elsewhere. They get advising the driver was on their way and 45 minutes we're still waiting to be picked up. I ended up getting a Uber which was cheaper than what I paid for this service but the whole idea what not to have to worry about the hassle and even after NOT receiving my service and paying in full and requesting a FULL REFUND, this company has refused to return my funds. I completely feel this is a scam and would NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYONE! Viator also was not quite helpful even with providing all the messages with the operator and basically I now have to dispute with my credit card company.

Main problem we had was our pickup point. Not knowing JFK at all, we couldn't find where our driver was. We texted the company and they made sure we got connected and picked up., would use again.

Perfect transfer from JFK airport to Manhattan. Great correspondence from our driver, whereby meeting him at the airport was made very easy. Would recommend.

Everythink was fine, picking up from airport on time, comfortable car - van with a helpful driver. It is important during rush hour travel.
