Our experience was great, but I think we got lucky. We didn’t exactly know where to meet our driver, so we just left the terminal towards a line of vans waiting. We were also happy he arrived in the expected van (Toyota HiAce) which helped us identify him. He helped all of us load the luggages which was very nice because we had so much stuff. There was a very tiny abrupt stop during the ride and in traffic where the driver braked really hard, but other than that he was very very kind and I would use this service again. We were also pretty delayed during immigration and were very grateful our driver waited for us even though we gave no heads up because I didn’t have a working cell phone.

Decided to book the private transfer last minute instead of taking Narita Express - glad we did! After a long flight this was the best thing we could have done for our family of four. The driver was waiting for us at the exit and brought the car over quickly. The Alphard was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Will book again!

When we disembarked the plane, the driver let us know he was on his way. After getting our luggage, we received a text of which terminal gate he was outside and his number plate. He was ready and waiting for us.

We were held up at immigration and Covid clearance for 90 minutes and the driver waited. We emailed Viator to say we were running late and they got it. Driver was also really efficient and helped us with our bags. (He spoke some English too). The greeter phoned me when we were still taking a long time to check on us. She spoke English. Very recommended!

Representative was waiting for us in arrivals hall. Car was very comfortable with free wifi, water and snacks. The driver was friendly, answered questions but also let us quietly watch the world go by. Transfer was not cheap but was worth it as a hassle free start to our visit.
