Arrivée et départ ARRIVÉE – PRISE EN CHARGE À L’AÉROPORT La prise en charge à l'aéroport s'effectue à l'extérieur. Une fois l'immigration et les douanes dédouanées, sortez du bâtiment et rendez-vous dans la zone d'arrivée. Entrez par la première porte à droite au bureau d'information pour sortir du terminal. Une fois dehors, tournez à droite et marchez vers la zone Groovy Grouper. Notre chauffeur/accueil se tiendra derrière la barricade avec une pancarte indiquant Scott Jamaica Tours (recherchez votre nom). Une fois que vous avez identifié le greeter, présentez-lui les détails de votre réservation et vous serez accompagné jusqu'à votre trajet. TRANSFERT DÉPART/RETOUR - PRISE EN CHARGE À L'HÔTEL La prise en charge à l'hôtel est prévue 5 heures avant l'heure de départ du vol que vous avez indiquée sur cette réservation. Un message sera envoyé lors de votre réservation avec votre heure exacte de prise en charge. Le jour de votre départ, veuillez vérifier et être prêt au moins 10 à 15 minutes avant cette heure. Rencontrez votre chauffeur à l'entrée du hall principal, comme indiqué sur votre réservation. Les chauffeurs ne peuvent attendre que 15 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge indiquée.

Scott is an amazing person, my family had a blast with his conversation and his knowledge of Jamaica. He was ready to go where ever we wanted. He took us to great shopping areas and showed a us a local restaurant to eat at. Not only did he take us to shopping areas but walked around with us. It made my family feel safe. We highly recommend his services.

Scotty was the MAN! He was able to talk before I left the states to come to MBJ. He was friendly, always checking in days leading up to our arrival. He was there with a sign, air conditioned vehicle that can seat up to 11 people so this is great for those with large parties. He pointed out several resorts along the way or areas giving history of those areas. Since we did multi-day tours with him as well, he took us to the best areas for atv, bamboo rafting and basically took us anywhere we asked. His prices were very reasonable, and he was extremely patient and on time everyday to get us. We recommend him as I talked to many drivers who were giving astronomical prices but he was fair and affordable. If you need private airport transfers as well as multi day trips, Scotty is your man! Another bonus is that he took candid photos for us, and sent them to add to our collection! What a great time and a great driver/tour guide. Thanks Scotty!

We had an excellent experience with Scott. He was punctual and very professional. He communicated consistently with us regarding our transportation after our return flight was cancelled and rescheduled due to Hurricane Beryl. We are a family of 4 traveling with small children (8 year old and 4 year old) and were very pleased with this transportation service. We will book again with Scott next time we’re in Jamaica.
