Arrivée et départ ARRIVÉE – PRISE EN CHARGE À L’AÉROPORT La prise en charge à l'aéroport s'effectue à l'extérieur. Une fois l'immigration et les douanes dédouanées, sortez du bâtiment et rendez-vous dans la zone d'arrivée. Entrez par la première porte à droite au bureau d'information pour sortir du terminal. Une fois dehors, tournez à droite et marchez vers la zone Groovy Grouper. Notre chauffeur/accueil se tiendra derrière la barricade avec une pancarte affichant le nom de notre entreprise (recherchez votre nom). Une fois que vous avez identifié le greeter, présentez-lui les détails de votre réservation et vous serez accompagné jusqu'à votre trajet. TRANSFERT DÉPART/RETOUR - PRISE EN CHARGE À L'HÔTEL La prise en charge à l'hôtel est prévue 4 heures avant l'heure de départ du vol que vous avez indiquée sur cette réservation. Un message sera envoyé lors de votre réservation avec votre heure exacte de prise en charge. Le jour de votre départ, veuillez vérifier et être prêt au moins 10 à 15 minutes avant cette heure. Rencontrez votre chauffeur à l'entrée du hall principal, comme indiqué sur votre réservation. Les chauffeurs ne peuvent attendre que 15 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge indiquée.

This was the best possible experience I could have had. I travelled solo to join my friends for a wedding. Booking was super easy through Tripadvisor and Scott contacted me almost immediately. It was like talking to an old friend. No matter what schedule changes or requests I had, he was always responsive and ready to help. Pick-up, stops along the way, great conversation about the area and Jamaican life in general , great music, info about landmarks, recommendations, coming back and forth to the resort for errands and excursions, he did it all. I shared his number with some of the other wedding guests and friends, and when they returned to the reort, they said Scott was their new bestie! On my departure day, I even added people to my trip back to the airport and it was no problem at all. He is just an amazing person who provides exceptional service. Scott Jamaica tours is the best.

Our driver Scott was fantastic! Very welcoming and taught us a lot about the Jamaican culture as we drove to our resort. He offered to give us rides wherever we needed during our stay. Book with him and you won't be disappointed!

I booked the transfer on the day of the flight out and Scott was there waiting with a sign when we landed. 45 minute drive to hotel and he mentioned landmarks along the way. Just the right amount of talking, nice and chilled. We’ve booked for way back.

Scott was wonderful, he picked us up from the airport and he was on the airport on time plus he had drinks for us!! We also booked him for a private transport to a restaurant for my friend's bday and he was there to pick us up on time!! 5 star service, totally recommend!!
