Mario was waiting for us with a sign as we exited the baggage claim. He took our luggage and loaded it into his van, provided us with bottled water, and chatted pleasantly with us during the 40-minute drive. He made sure we knew how to pronounce Cascais! He walked us and our luggage into our hotel. We asked for a return pick-up for a week later, and he confirmed by WhatsApp the next morning. His wife returned promptly at an early hour to our hotel for the return trip. She was extremely pleasant and also loaded our luggage.
