Transfert à l'aéroport (Aéroport de Lisbonne) Le point de rendez-vous désigné est situé dans le hall des arrivées. Après avoir passé la douane et récupéré vos bagages, veuillez suivre les indications de l’aéroport jusqu’à la zone « Point de rencontre ». Un réceptionniste ou votre chauffeur vous attendra au point de rendez-vous en tenant un panneau avec le nom du passager et vous escortera jusqu’au véhicule qui vous a été assigné. Prise en charge hors aéroport (hôtel ou adresse privée) Pour les prises en charge à l'hôtel ou à l'adresse privée, votre chauffeur vous attendra directement à l'entrée principale ou à l'adresse indiquée à l'heure prévue. Communication & Connectivité Veuillez vous assurer que votre téléphone portable est allumé, car votre chauffeur peut vous contacter si nécessaire. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible à l'aéroport de Lisbonne pour vous aider à rester connecté à votre arrivée. We booked a transfer to the airport from our home. The driver, Nelson Leong, arrived early and waited for us to be ready. He readily helped us with our luggage (we travelled heavy!) and was thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service. I will use TopTour again

SCAM DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I paid for this 3 weeks in advance along with another tour. I scheduled it for Friday morning pickup. No one even showed up, I called and they asked to pay cash and that I would be refunded for the payment I already made. Unfortunately they are now not responding to my emails, texts or calls. I will have to fight this with my credit card company.

Additionally, on August 2nd, the driver assigned to your service sent you a message to introduce himself and provide important information and recommendations for the following day. Regarding any additional payments you may have made, we must inform you that we are not responsible for these transactions. None of our vehicles or drivers conducted any tours on August 2nd, nor did they receive any payments. This can be easily verified, and we strongly advise you to be cautious of potential fraudulent activity. Please be assured that our company operates with the utmost integrity, and we urge you to report any suspicious behavior to the relevant authorities.
