Great experience, highly recommend! They contacted me in advance to know how many bags we have for a family of 6. Then they kept in touch with me after landing and until we found the driver, Mr. Suda, in the arrivals hall. The van was very clean and space and we felt like we were in great hands. Thank you!

The driver picked me up exactly where the company said he would, with a sign with my name on it. He was a safe driver and took me to my hotel in Shinjuku. Only concern was that he didn't speak English, and I was hoping to ask him questions. Otherwise, a very professional service.

GT Transfer was absolutely amazing. They reached out to me directly almost immediately after I booked to confirm my details. I had a lot of issues with my flight and ended up being delayed by over 6 hours and my representative Marry was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. The process was very seamless and they had a generous 90 min post landing wait time for us to meet the driver. The driver himself was very quick, helpful and efficient and got us to our hotel ASAP. I will definitely be using them again in the future, their customer service alone is worth a revisit.

Our driver was prompt and it was a seamless transition from the airport to our hotel. She was friendly and the vehicle was clean and spacious. We had 7 travelers and 8 pieces of luggage, including carry-ons, and it all fit. I would highly recommend the service and we would definitely use it again.
