Couldnt find my driver at airport so asked others to locate him and was directed to a taxi service. This was sorted very promptly and l had a good journey to the hotel. Didnt feel nervous.

The journey from the airport to our hotel, the Vivanta, was excellent. Our driver was fantastic he messaged us on WhatsApp the moment we came out, held up a sign with my name, and was very quick to load all our belongings into the van. All of this was done at 1 am at night which was really helpful as a family of 7 visiting Sri Lanka for the first time
