I booked the transfers and they picked up the wrong people. I had to pay again $174.00 more for a different company to pick up my client. I am the travel agency that books with Viator. I am very disappointed no refund for anything.
Hello You have booked several vans for your customers to go to Orly airport except that some of your customers have to go to another airport. The extra you paid was the trip between the 2 airports. Our drivers have done their best to satisfy your customers and find a solution for them because there was an error during the reservation that did not come from us. We are sorry for this inconvenience
