First of all, we had to reschedule our departure time because we missed our flight, but when we called the operator they were very happy to do so and the response was fantastic. The driver was a young man who was very friendly and helpful. The car was big, clean and up to date. On the way, they also took breaks as they wished, and although we took a small child on the trip, we were able to get around comfortably without any problems. Also, our destination was outlying, not in the center of Sapa, but the roads were bumpy and narrow and it seemed very hard to drive. The driver still didn't complain, and he made a joke to get to the end. Even after I got off, they helped me carry heavy loads and I was really grateful. If you ever come to Sapa again, I recommend it to everyone, so much so that you will want to ask this driver from this company again.
Pick up point couldn't be easier. Driver was waiting, very polite and drove us safely to Sapa. He used Google translate to tell us interesting things about the area as we approached Sapa.
