The driver was very professional and a good driver and the transfer was extremely pleasant. He informed us he would be a little late due to traffic which was well appreciated. The car was clean and spacious and it was a smooth journey overall.

Don’t use Viator to book transfers!! Terrible service. Terrible communication. Use Uber instead. Much more reliable.

Since the service was never used, we were unable to address any concerns or assist further. Our driver was friendly and professional. He was flexible when our flight had us delayed by nearly an hour. He even offered and stopped at a McDonald’s on the way to our hotel so our kid could get a happy meal.

Well overall I had booked weeks in advance but the driver who was supposed to pick us up still found a way to be late by 40min but good ride it went well

The driver was 45 minutes late. Said the company told him a wrong time. Then he went to the hotel next door. Had been contacted by another driver the day before so company must have changed drivers and gave him wrong info. Then he went to hotel next door and we had to walk there with luggaje
Hi Joseph Dagroda, it seems there was a small mix-up with the pickup time. The driver received the schedule for 11:30, which is why he arrived around then. Because of limited parking at the hotel, he parked next door. The vehicle used is a minivan, which we select for long-distance transfers to provide more comfort and space for passengers and luggage. We appreciate your understanding and hope the rest of your experience was pleasant.
Zahid was a return trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. He also took us to Abu Dhabi. We were so excited when we saw it was Zahid driving us back the hour and a half. He is so pleasant and we had a very wonderful chat about lots of topics. He was teaching us Arabic words! We HIGHLY recommend a trip with Zahid.
