This was our first experience with this operator and we were very pleased with the service provided. The support was very efficient, always responded promptly, and communication was excellent. Our driver, Antwone, was a special case. An excellent professional, he assisted us upon arrival and also on the day of departure. Attentive, efficient in meeting our schedules and safe driving. Only good thing I can say is they refund my money back. Would not recommend. Refused to change my dates and city location that the computer mess up on. Person on the phone refused at first to give me a refund. Manager called back later and issued us an refund.

We are asked to call a phone once you have cleared customs and have luggage, we did so and they wanted to charge us 100 usd for waiting, when they ask that once you have luggage and customs passes you call them to not wait any longer but at the same time they do not take into account that the time in customs does not depend on the passengers if not the government officials. Lousy service I never hire again or recommend or anything.

driver never showed up and company still wanted to charge me and refuse to give me a refund. when i contacted the driver he said he called and since i didn't answer, he didn't come. the number he called from was from a female name that i didn't recognize and don't answer unfamiliar numbers
