We were picked up from our hotel on time by a friendly driver in a comfortable sedan. About 15 minutes in to the ride, the driver told us he was going to have to switch vehicles because the one we were in needed service. It seemed to be driving fine, but we went along with it and we decided to give him some time to get things sorted before we made alternative arrangements. We pulled over to the side of the road, waited 5-10 minutes, and then a large transit van pulled in behind us. They transferred all our luggage to the new vehicle and we were on our way to the airport. It was slightly disconcerting, but all ended just fine and we arrived to the airport within plenty of time.

Driver showed up a little early. 8:10 instead of 8:30 but we were ready. Clean comfortable SUV for 1 hour ride to the airport.

Quick and easy. Car picked us at the hotel in a cool A/C. He was early and that was great! Drove effectively to the airport with a lot of traffic. Did a great job!

The driver never showed up (we asked for a 7 pm pick up). Viator tried to contact them many times and no answer.... Finally, we were able to contact the company who told us that anyway, our flight was at midnight, so he decided to send the driver at 8 pm as 7 pm was too early for our flight!!! (I don't think they have to judge and decide when and where we want to be picked up...). At 8h15 pm, we finally took another taxi and because of tickets issues, we almost missed our flight! So, NOT RELIABLE, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM...
