Driver was early, so it was a no stress pick up. They helped with luggage and safely got us to our destination.
From the moment our driver arrived — right on time — we knew we were in great hands. He made the ride to the airport genuinely enjoyable, sharing highlights of the city along the way that made for a memorable send-off. He had water and Wi-Fi ready to go, which was a thoughtful touch, and when we arrived he went above and beyond helping us get our bags into the airport. No stress, no rushing — just seamless, professional service from start to finish. This is exactly the kind of experience that turns a one-time rider into a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
Our driver, Hercules, went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and kept great conversation throughout the ride. He also gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit in Greece if we return again. What impressed me the most was his outstanding service — he provided water for us and even helped take our luggage all the way inside the airport to our airline check-in area. Everything was great from start to finish. We were stressed because of the early morning pickup. They reassured us and even send us a email the night before. The next morning before the pickup, our driver Mat called us to let us know he was on his way. He was very helpful carrying all our bags, offered us cold water and took us to the airport smoothly.
