- Nous fournissons un service de porte à porte *. Nous viendrons vous chercher au terminal de l'aéroport où vous êtes arrivé et vous conduirons à l'adresse où vous souhaitez vous rendre. Au départ, nous allons vous chercher à votre adresse et vous déposer au terminal d'où part votre vol. (Notez que tous les détails du vol et l’adresse sont basés sur le formulaire de réservation que vous avez rempli.)
- Sauf quelques terminaux LCC avec un accès limité et des appartements avec des rues étroites.
- Si vous vous rendez à votre destination depuis un hôtel, attendez normalement dans le hall de l’hôtel. (vous recevrez un avis de départ un jour avant le service, vers 17 heures). Si vous venez chercher votre appartement ou votre maison, veuillez patienter dehors par votre porte principale. Si l'appartement ou la maison est inaccessible à cause des rues étroites et de la taille de notre véhicule, décidera du point de rencontre à proximité
- Votre heure de prise en charge sera indiquée dans l’avis de départ que nous vous envoyons par e-mail / fax un jour avant (vers 17 heures) la date du service.
- Pour modifier votre réservation, veuillez contacter notre équipe de tomates cerises par courrier électronique. Pour tout changement ou modification le jour du voyage ou après, veuillez contacter notre centre de service.
- Veuillez contacter notre centre de service de tomates cerises dès que possible et nous ferons de notre mieux pour localiser votre article manquant.
- Le fauteuil roulant peut être arrangé seulement si nous avons été informés. Vous devez nous informer à l'avance si un passager a besoin d'un fauteuil roulant ou si vous voyagez avec un fauteuil roulant. Un fauteuil roulant de location pour la mobilité peut également être organisé à l'avance.

Great service. Car was right on time. It was clean. Driver picked up luggage and transported us to airport safely
If you are worried about how you plan on getting your swag to the airport safely and efficiently this service is for you. The vehicle is large enough to accommodate a family of 5, 5 hand carries, 5 large backpacks and 7 large suitcases. Driver is nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
From start to finish, Green and Cherry Tomato kept us informed on our arrival and departure transfers. They were very professional and efficient! I loved the folder and hotel correspondence the evening prior. Our driver, Mr. Hiro (?) , arrived promptly and drove us safely to Haneda Airport. I loved the way he drove through the hustle and bustle of Tokyo! Thank you, Mr. Hiro and Cherry Tomato! You ROCK!

Communication in advance was great, the driver showed up right on time and was polite and knowledgeable. The ride was pleasant and we got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
Fantastic custmer service by contacting me before to confirm the pick up. Driver came to pick me up 15 minutes early in a clean and modern car. Highly recommend for a stress free transport to the airport.
Didn’t have a great experience with this company. Lost my money because they couldn’t accommodate 4 luggage’s and two ppl in a Sedan. I ended up calling a taxi which was a sedan, two luggage in trunk, one luggage in front seat and one in back seat with us. Made it work no complaints and very easy to deal with. Don’t recommend this company.
Terrible experience, do not recommend. Suggest having your hotel arrange taxi for you or use ride hail app. As soon as I found out my flight was delayed one hour, I contacted them immediately, at 8am the morning of. They refused to postpone pick up from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. I had to make other arrangements so that my child and I were not at the airport forever waiting for our flight (we were already getting there early for a 5:45pm flight). And the taxi company tells you what time they are picking you up within the 24 hr period so no room to cancel if the time doesn’t work for you. Now I’m sure I’ll have to jump through hoops to get a refund from Viator. I booked taxi service for a specific date, not time, so they should have been flexible. Not worth it when we all know airline schedules can change and the company is not willing to accommodate. And to add - the taxi arranged by the hotel was cheaper.
Prior to transfer day, the administrative team communicated on arrival timing. Driver arrived earlier than communicated time to prepare the car for us. Vehicle was nice, clean and comfortable. Our driver was courteous, helped us with luggage and have great driving skills. Great experience overall.
Prompt arrival & beautiful & clean vehicle with courteous chauffeur. Will use this service again if ever I need one in the near future.
