Détails de la prise en charge à l'arrivée : - Après avoir passé le contrôle de l'immigration et des douanes, rendez-vous dans le hall des arrivées. Utilisez la première porte à droite en sortant du terminal au guichet d'information. Une fois dehors, tournez à droite et dirigez-vous vers Groovy Grouper Bar derrière la barricade. Notre agent de l'aéroport aura un panneau avec votre nom. Veuillez vous identifier auprès de l'agent et elle vous accompagnera jusqu'au véhicule privé qui vous attendra.

Driver was late but still got us to Airport on time. Rates are reasonable. Communication between driver and switch board could be better. Driver was very apologetic.

Annmarie was a wonderful check in agent after we exited the airport. Our driver was also kind, played good music, and got us to our destination safe and sound. This is my second time using this service and I am very happy with this company.

The private transfer was punctual, very kind and informative on the history and destinations to visit as well as describing the history of Jamaica. Would recommend Jamaica get always for Ocho Rios Private Transfer.

Tour company was wonderfully communicative and flexible in spite of TWO changes in my itinerary!! My driver, Cregon was a joy from beginning to end! On time!! Fantastic driver. Helped with bags on both ends of the trip. Thoughtful. Considerate. GREAT conversationalist. Yet, also allowing for silence when warranted whether it's as a break or because I had a work call. Provided awesome advice about excursions and hotels. Just an all around delight. My only regret is that I didn't tip him a DIME!! I knew I was running low on cash so I asked if we could stop at an ATM but by the time I could get the person I was on the phone with to stop talking to ask him, we were almost at the property. He asked if I wanted to go to another place that was out of the way to go to the ATM but I was finding a few dollars and so I told him it's okay. But I was on the call until the moment we drove up and when we parted, I forgot to give him the wad of dollars I had managed to find at the bottom of the bag. It helped (or hurt maybe) that by the end of the trip, he felt like an old friend instead of a driver so that may have contributed. I'm SO sorry Cregon!! I will make it up to you when I come back!!
