The driver had awesome communication with me while we were at airport. It was easy to find him as they all meet in front of the coffee shop and he told us fun facts about Barcelona along the way.
It was great to have a driver meet us inside the Barcelona airport and to get going right away after we landed. He gave us lots of historical information about the city and was very helpful with loading and unloading the baggage.
Our plane was delayed and they were so flexible in picking us up at the airport. The driver was so nice and helpful!
Very convenient, driver proactively reached out by WhatsApp when we arrived at the airport. He waited patiently as we suffered through the chaotic immigration process, and dropped at us our hotel quickly while providing some commentary on the city and spoke great English. Using this service demonstrated that a similar transfer service can be booked cheaper by going directly through the taxi service (which we did for our subsequent transfer), but for coming off the plane and not being familiar with the area, this was a great known good option.

Overall good. We got delayed at customs. Our driver called, let him know about the situation and advised me to text him when we’re all ready. He came and meet us at a meeting spot. That was nice.
