Disappointed

We waited quite some time for transfer. However, it did not arrive. Unsure what caused the confusion. We had to make other arrangements to get to our hotel Have requested full refund.

Car service transportation

The car service I booked never pick us up from the airport. Very disappointed in the lack of service. I had to take Uber spend unnecessary money.

Great Experience in Tranfer.

Li was prompt and communicated well. The ride was clean and his driving smooth. He offered us water and he was friendly but professional.

LAX to Westin Hotel

Driver texted me while my plane was still getting to the gate. Driver assured me he would wait while our plane was delayed in getting to a gate. Driver waited and we got our ride 55 minutes after we landed.

I’d recommend this...

I’d recommend this service. Our driver Andy did a nice job! Only minor complaint was they kept switching drivers on us. And I had a hard time figuring out the pick up spot because they didn’t use ride share and we didn’t know the airport. To Andy’s credit once I sent a pic of where we were he came and found us!

Horrible-we were waiting and when we arrived I had to message the driver and then I was told that there was no driver and that I had to contact the company and request a refund and find other transportation to the hotel. Do not book this the whole ordeal was horrible
