Take a Taxi instead - very unprofessional service
I booked this transfer service during our stopover in Dubai on the way to Athens. Unfortunately, on arrival, no driver was present. After searching the terminal and asking around, we couldn’t locate anyone from the company. Exhausted after a 14‑hour flight, we gave up and paid for a taxi instead. Despite this, I decided to give the company a second chance for our return stopover. I reconfirmed everything the day before arrival, including paying an additional USD $35 because our hotel was outside their 15km radius. They confirmed the payment and assured me a driver would be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name card. We landed at 11:20pm and advised them we’d be in the arrivals hall within 30–45 minutes. Again, no driver. After calling, we were told he’d arrive in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, still nothing. Communication was slow and confusing, and after being contacted through my friend’s phone, a representative finally met us around 1am. Even then, they asked again for the USD $35 payment I had already made and had to show proof multiple times. We waited in a car park until nearly 1:30am before insisting they take us to the hotel. We finally arrived just before 2am,much later, and far more stressful, than simply taking a taxi. The lack of organisation, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend travellers look elsewhere or simply take a taxi, which is faster and cheaper. This was nearly a one‑star review, but I’m giving two stars because the driver we eventually ended up with was polite
