Excellent Service! We were reccomended by our zig zag hostel in Agra as we wanted to see Chand Baori on our way to Jaipur. Our driver and guide Deepak was safe and helpful. He gave us information and options for our day and didn't rush us. We stopped in two places and had lunch en route.
This made tee transport from Agra to Jaipur a great day. We saw the old Mughal Fort and then we went to the magical water well. There were so many steps. Deepka drove well. The drive was smooth and he was friendly.
We (group of 3) picked this tour because we were trying to fit a lot into a short space of time. We saw the Taj Mahal, the outside of Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri with tour guides and then had a private air conditioned taxi to Jaipur. We were picked up by Amit at our hotel at 6AM. You cannot take bags to the Taj Mahal so we left ours in our rooms. He walked us to, and took us round, the Taj Mahal. The tour was excellent. Amit was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to take photos for us. Afterwards he left us at our hotel for some breakfast and a short snooze. We were picked up by Amit and Sanjay, our taxi driver for the day, at about 10AM and they drove us around Agra Fort (NB. this does not include a private walking tour of AF). Then we were taken to a marble shop - I would have been happy if that had not been part of the day but each to their own. We all know how these things go! Then after leaving Amit in Agra, we were back in the taxi to Fatehpur Sikri for an hour or so where we were met in car park by Vurpinder who took us round. We left our bags in the taxi with Sanjay. Again, an excellent and very informative tour from Vurpinder. We jumped back in the taxi with Sanjay who drove us to our hotel in Jaipur. He was happy to stop after an hour or so to grab some lunch. He suggested the Rajasthan Motel which was clean and decent enough. There’s a shop there as well allowing an opportunity to pick up some tat. We arrived in Jaipur at about 7PM. This was a really good day and, although we probably paid over the odds, it was a stress free way of seeing the main attractions and getting from Agra to Jaipur. Oh and finally, don’t worry about not having anywhere to tell the tour operator where you’re staying for your pick up location. I received a WhatsApp message a few days before the tour from Akash of Akbran Tours asking me to confirm where in Agra we were staying (although oddly he seemed to already know...)

Driver was always prompt, courteous and most importantly, safe. India is a very chaotic place to drive, and my driver did an amazing job and I always felt safe. He also made sure I always had a cold water or two before leaving the vehicle and as soon as I got back into the car after a short tour. I cannot say enough good things about my driver - would recommend, hands down.

My tour guide for the Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri was also good. He was friendly and answered my questions and seemed to know a good amount of history.

My only minor complaint: the tour guide took me to a hand made marble market in Agra where I saw someone grinding down the marble bits and creating unique designs. While cool, it seemed a bit of a 'tourist trap' - as I saw other guides bring in their guests and was soon ushered to the showroom to make purchases. Also, my guide asked if I wanted to see the famous jewel of Agra and I had assumed it was some sort of site - but it was actually just a jewelry store where again I was in a showroom and uncomfortable thinking I needed to buy something. I get it - tour guides need to make a bit extra on the side in terms of referrals - it just was a bit of an inconvenience and it wasnt clearly explained to me that I'd be going somewhere to buy something.

All in all - I was very satisfied with only a minor complaint - I'd absolutely use this place again and certainly recommend it - but avoid the commercial parts if I did it again.
