The good: The driver was friendly and his car was in good condition. Got us to our destination safely The bad: We booked three different private transfers while in India. Taxi Bazzar was by far the hardest to communicate with. At the time of booking there wasn’t an option to select a pickup time on Viator and their automated WhatsApp message had no pickup time. I had to call multiple times to confirm the correct time. Then multiple different drivers and dispatchers called and messaged me out of the blue before our pickup. Every other transfer company we used had one clear point of contact who would clearly communicate the driver details prior to the trip. On our drive, the driver stopped 4 times for gas, which added an hour to the journey. I’d be understanding if this was necessary but he never filled the tank fully at any of the stops, which necessitated additional stops with long lines. The other transfers we booked all completed an equal journey in 0 or 1 stops.

Travel from Agra to Jaipur
We had excellent communication with Taxi Bazaar. They replied to messages promptly and were accommodating. Our driver Mr. Prashant was punctual and courteous. We would definitely recommend booking your travel from Agra to Jaipur with them!
