Pour les vols entrants (arrivée), le client doit nous informer du numéro du vol et de l'heure d'arrivée. Pour les vols aller (départ), le client doit nous informer du nom de l'hôtel et de l'heure de prise en charge requise. Trois types de véhicules sont disponibles avec différentes capacités en sièges. Le service comprend UN SEUL BAGAGE MOYEN par personne. Well worth the money!!! Mr. Sambin confirmed our hotel location on WhatsApp prior to even booking anything online and came with an extra driver to help with our suitcases. We even talked about how many suitcases we had so that our car would be appropriate. He was very accessible on WhatsApp and extremely friendly with even offering to coordinate other tours for us while in Siem Reap. Cannot recommend this service more, very good value for cost!
