Le chauffeur vous y attendra ou vous contactera pour confirmer l'emplacement exact. Terminal 3 – Vols intérieurs (JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, etc.) : Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau 1, sortez par la porte 48, traversez le pont jusqu'au garage et descendez jusqu'au niveau V (zone Uber/Lyft). Une fois sur place, contactez le chauffeur. Terminal 3 – Vols internationaux : Montez au niveau 1, sortez par la porte 51, traversez le pont jusqu'au parking et descendez au niveau V (zone Uber/Lyft). Alors contactez le chauffeur." Make sure they check the address you need to be taken to I went to Las Vegas and gave the drop off address I was quoted a price was to the strip. Received an email from provider that the fare was wrong. I called up Viator and confirmed. I paid the extra was not a problem.

It was okay. I did not expect to meet my driver at the Uber/Lyft area. I could have saved money using that service.

It was 👍 the vehicle was a little small but nice the driver was kind and respectful, I have no problem calling them again for my next ride
I booked the round trip transportation. Incoming flight to Las Vegas I received a text from the driver at 8:08 pm letting me know his name. I text back immediately and said “just landed”. After going through the airport and reaching the arrival spot 20 minutes later and the driver was not there. At 8:51 the driver text and said 15 minutes. At 9:18 I text “are you coming? The driver text yes. Having issues but on the way. The driver arrived at 9:25. I did not complain because I understand that things happen and I was just excited to be in Las Vegas. We had a great conversation and I arrived at my destination safely. Outgoing flight back to the airport..the driver text the day before to give me name and confirm details. We agreed upon a 2am pickup time. At 1:38am, I text the driver that I was ready. I didn’t get a response but thought nothing of it. When the driver wasn’t there at 2:15 I received a text from him. He said that he had overslept and that I should find another ride. Luckily I was really early but I did not appreciate this. My time or money was not valued as I had prepaid through Viator. I went through this service to avoid Uber and the surcharges and ended up paying again.
Driver was on time very pleasant gave great advice for sites to see and ways to get around. Super clean car
Impossible to confirm return pickup after arrival in Las Vega. When called assistance number was told we only booked for one way. Then driver texted he was on his way Fortunately this was just before we were about to get a taxi. Neither driver spoke English and we do not speak Chinese. Will not use service again.
The driver provided impeccable Service. Very friendly, very punctual, a very clean vehicle. Five stars for Vivian
