À la sortie de la zone des douanes et de l'immigration, vous aurez la possibilité d'emporter vos bagages enregistrés avec vous ou de les faire transférer au terminal principal pour la prise en charge. Veuillez noter que vous ne devez PAS transférer vos bagages dans un autre terminal, procéder à la récupération de vos bagages au terminal où votre vol atterrit, car votre chauffeur vous y attendra. Remarque : Ne quittez pas le bâtiment sans avoir préalablement contacté le conducteur. The drivers for our round-trip transportation between Orlando International Airport and Universal Studios were excellent—professional, responsive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the travel coordinators were not as pleasant to work with. Initially, they would only communicate through the Viator message board rather than by text, making communication difficult. They also scheduled a 2:50 a.m. pickup for a 6:50 a.m. flight, despite the airport being less than 20 minutes from our hotel. Thankfully, the driver was flexible and helped arrange a more reasonable pickup time. The drivers were outstanding, but the coordination and communication process needs improvement.

Horrible!! Never had pickup times or place correct! Charged us for a van..picked us up at airport an hour after pick up time in cars!!! Sent me a reservation to confirm ,that wasn’t even mine trying claim that I changed the reservation .I DID NOT.. I called several times making sure of the times and place for my group to be picked up.. they still never got the times correct! The number they provide to get in touch with operator..just plays music…no answer. On the day we returned from our cruise.we(group) almost had a nervous breakdown.couldn’t get no one to confirm our pickup.got off ship early start calling to let them know we were ready ..DIDNT get a response from operator until about an hour later.. was so scared that it was going to be a repeat of airport pick up,we went ahead and purchased shuttle tickets so we could get to airport on time and NOT miss our flight to get back home..The operator finally responded and said they were at the hotel to pick us up..We were at the ship Port!! NO I would NOT recommend this Company to NOBODY..It was a total Nightmare for us..I will be taking this further..The service was very unacceptable!!

Great guy picked us up eventually (we waited at least 45 mins) it was all a little confusing as the first picture of car and driver was changed to another car and driver after 15 mins of waiting. In the end it was all fine though and as we said nice driver.

Our driver Jose was very specific about how he would find us at the pick-up location. He text me with his name, photo, vehicle description and his license plate, and waited for me to confirm before approaching us. Jose did not make me feel anxious when riding with him, and helped get our luggage out of his vehicle when we arrived at our destination. My child asked if Jose would be our driver again when we return to the airport!

This is by far, the worst experience I ever had with Viator. (And we always book with Viator) We booked with this and messaged them immediately that we needed a carseat. To which they replied that we need to pay for an additional (which was not stated in the booking details) 60usd since the drop off would be in Lake Buena Vista. We kept asking if the carseat will be provided, to which they just confirmed the pick up and drop off times. On the day of our flight, I messaged them again in the morning (7:30am) to ask about the carseat. ONLY THEN DID THEY MENTION that we needed to pay an extra 26usd for the carseat. SO WE DID thinking we had to since we will be arriving that same day. When we landed, we got a text message from them saying that the driver doesn't have a carseat because they were only advised that same day. They kept telling us to go thru the refund process thru viator even though they were the ones who charged an additional 86usd on top of what we paid to Viator. They kept telling us the driver waiting for us can bring us to the hotel. This is without a carseat!!! We ended up canceling the airport transfer even with the driver waiting for us because how would we even get to the hotel with a baby.😂

Driver contacted me a while after we landed..He was polite and helped with the case sevice pick up was excellent 👌 They will of course pick us up to airport back home..Thankyou for the service The Car was the one expected..Thankyou again
Viator website was easy to use, their phone center operators were very nice. They have lots of tours to choose from. The tours run very smoothly also!
