The pickup and drop off were fine but the booking described it as a round trip pickup and drop off. I would not have booked one way for the price I paid.
It was not a private sedan. It was a bus and while we were the only paid passengers, multiple employees were in the car. Our flight was a bit delayed. We provided our flight info at booking and there was no one waiting for us when we exited the terminal. When asking the transportation employee he shouted out and still nothing. He also indicated this was not unusual for prestigious. Once we got in the van they then had to stop for gas while we were in the van and added another 10+ mins to the transport.
Our car service was great. An attendant was waiting for us directly outside the terminal and guided us to our car. Our drivers both directions were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
When you are in a new country, communication is very important. Prestigious offered us a stressless experience. We were kept informed before, and during our time in Nassau. The drivers were courteous, punctual, flexible and friendly. Thank you. We will be using your service again when we return to Nassau.
AC was broken in the car…. Windows couldn’t go down. He did however lick us up on time. It didn’t match the description of a black car too. Was picked up in a van

Great experience meeting DJ and traveling with Prestigious transport. On my first trip as a solo traveler, I was pleased that the team reached out before my flight and was on hand waiting eveb after my flight was delayed. Drivers were very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed. Highly recommend!
